COVID-19: OHRR Adoption Center Closed / Hop Shop Open to Drive-through Sales on March 25, 28 & 29

Based on the “Stay at Home” order issued by the state of Ohio, the OHRR Adoption Center will be closed through April 7th.

Caring for the rescue rabbits is essential work, so Buncare volunteers should continue to come to the Center to care for the rabbits during their scheduled shifts. We are taking extra precautions in regard to cleaning and social distancing.

If you need to pick up supplies at the Adoption Center, then we will have a drive-through setup in place:

  • March 25th (5:30 – 7:30 PM)
  • March 28th (12:00 – 4:00 PM)
  • March 29th (12:00 – 4:00 PM)

When you arrive at the Center, pull through the driveway to the main entrance. Call the phone number on the sign and a volunteer will come out to help you. After March 29th the Hop Shop will be closed until further notice, so stock up on supplies as needed.

If you would like to adopt a rabbit, then complete the online application here: Adoption Application and a volunteer will be in contact with you. If you have adoption questions, then please email contact@ohiohouserabbitrescue.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We will reopen our volunteer registration for Rabbit Socialization and other opportunities after April 7th if allowed by the state.

Thanks so much for your understanding and support during this difficult time.
